Oil Cleansing Method

OCM? Apa tu?

OCM is Oil Cleansing Method. Kenapa bersihkan muka dengan minyak? Tak ke lagi berminyak? No no.. Minyak attract minyak. Air tak tarik minyak.

OCM Steps:
5. Bilas tuala tadi dengan air biasa.

Ulang balik langkah tadi

Rendam tuala dalam air suam--> perah-->ulang lagi tekup ke muka

Actually kalo taknak tekup muka dengan air suam, korang boleh steamkan muka. Kalo ada face steamer, guna face steamer. Kalau xde, just sediakan air panas/ suam and wapkan muka korang atas bekas yang ada air panas tu. Tapi untuk this one kena EXTRA CAREFUL sebab bahaya sikit.

Steps kat atas tu is to open the pores so that semua dirts senang keluar.

6. Last sekali lap muka slowly,( jangan sental-sental ) dengan tuala tadi & bilas dengan air biasa.
The best towel to be used for this purpose is Miicrofibre Towel, sebab texture nya lain dari normal towels.

AND YOU’RE DONE!

Notes:
1. I used MJ Face Oil – essential oil blend containing lavender oil, seabuckthorn oil, avocado oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, argan oil, vitamin E, vitamin C, tea tree oil, rosehip oil and jojoba oil
2. I used MJ Microfibre Towel
3. Some people proceed dengan Facial Soap MJ, and rasa lebih bersih.
Lepas buat ni memang muka rasa lebih lembut and licin, also rasa fresh & light. Haritu Nina buat lepas main AAR TC Lab Family Day 17, memang best sangat. Balik rumah kan berpeluh-peluh melekit. After dah cool down, mandi, baru buat OCM ni. Memang heaven sangat.

Selamat mencuba!

Pengalaman Bersalin di Putra Medical Centre, Bukit Rahman Putra

Mula-mula memang no idea  on where to give birth . Bila kandungan dah 5 bulan macam tu, baru survey few medical centres . Masa tu baru nak risau kot-kot baby keluar awal ke huhu.. I BW dulu pastu baru physically pergi melawat medical centres yang berkenan di hati.  Medical centres tu mestilah memenuhi ciri-ciri di bawah: 1. Paling penting dekat dengan rumah . Malas sangat nak pergi jauh-jauh. Kot ada emergency ke, susah pulak. My workplace dengan rumah dalam setengah jam. So cari la dekat area Sungai Buloh, since I stay at Damansara Damai and my workplace kat Sungai Buloh. Lagipun senang husband kena ulang-alik ambil barang..tertinggal apa-apa ke. 2. Not too costly . Ni penting jugak. Takkanlah bersalin je nak habis belas-belas puluh-puluh ribu. Nanti lepas bersalin lagi nak guna duit lagi banyak, jadi kita simpan je la kat baby's future ye.. 3. Ada facilities yang okay. Penting ada operation theatre (OT), in case of emergency. Masa survey tu, ada tiga je yang I ras

Power Pumping

I think this is the moment where my milk supply has reduced. After researching and readings, I discovered about power pumping . Power pumping is good to stimulate back your milk production. But you need to be patient in doing it. Doing it once won't give you fast results. Consistency is the key. Following is a diagram on how to do power pumping to boost your milk supply.  If you have enough milk for your baby, you don't need to do this or else you'll be oversupply. Oversupply sounds good because you can ensure that you have enough milk for your LO, but in reality it is BAD! You are at a higher risk to develop mastitis! Please be mindful of your pumping :) Wish you goodluck in breastfeeding :) Toodles,

Of Writing (Or Typing?)

I'm not really a fan of writing. I used to have a blog years ago during my college years, well honestly... just to follow the trend of people having blogs. When I read back the posts, I sounded so childish and immature. It's funny to see when your biggest problem in the world is when you have three final exams scheduled on the same day or you just broke up with your boyfriend. Many things happened since then; I graduated from the Pennsylvania State University (how I miss you my alma mater!), back to Malaysia and got my first job (and still is now). My interest to write has lost. But now the spirit has come again. Hope this won't be hangat-hangat tahi ayam again. I find it crucial to write nowadays. There's tonnes of information on the Internet that can be used as a reference, and I wish to be someone that people use as a reference too :) Every time I have to make a purchasing decision or learn on new things like how often do I have to nurse my baby, or how
